Foundations

Recognizing the importance of improved control, we restructured the Google Ads account to allow for more granular performance analysis and optimization. This rebuild laid the groundwork for clearer performance insights and more intentional budget distribution.

Creative performance

We implemented a continuous creative testing loop on Meta, allowing us to evaluate different ad formats, hooks, and visuals in real time. Winning combinations were scaled while underperformers were quickly replaced — all without compromising Hasta’s premium visual identity.

Budget allocation

Working closely with Hasta, we adopted an agile approach to budget planning — leaning into seasonal trends and responding quickly to signals from the data. Rather than relying on static monthly budgets, we adjusted spend across campaigns and platforms to maximize revenue while staying on target ROAS.

Improved feed

We optimized the product feed for Shopping by cleaning up categories, improving titles, and ensuring that high-margin products were prioritized. Simultaneously, dynamic remarketing was set up to re-engage high-intent visitors with relevant product offers.
